![]() While we waited in the lobby to get our refund (which they strongly fought against), this kind customer saw us in tears and asked what happened. Drove 4 hours back home at 9 o’clock at night. Let me begin with this review by saying we left this establishment in tears on my daughter’s 9th birthday. One lade i spoke to said -so im glad i was able to help you and since you only called to complain, i hope you enjoy your stay.… I promise they will not get my money in the future. ![]() If my daughter was not supper excited to go to this place and I was able to get my money back, I would cancel. I declined to be called back as no one will call you back, as I asked this morning and yet to have a manager call me back. I have been on hold for a manager for over 45 minutes. ![]() So I call and they tell me there isnt any available rooms - so why send out the upgrade option? I call to speak with a manager as trying to resolve the deposit issue and questions regarding the upgrade, the people on the phone as rediculous with the questions and the poor customer service. This is an automated process- so how is this made to be my fault and why would you not follow-up with a phone call? In addition to this great service on my email reservation it offers upgrades for additional stay and other options. So they send me an email warning if I did not call back and make the deposit my reservation would be cancelled. There system did not collect a deposit during my online reservation. I haven't even started my visit, Its been downhill from the time I made the reservation online. In this Texas heat, it was the best place to be. They have a machine to purchase cards with the allotted time you choose using your credit card then you can reload the card if you need more time. Prior to our departure, the kids enjoyed an hour of playtime in the arcade area. We had Starbucks for breakfast even though they have other choices. The snack foods were good, but the wait was about 25 minutes. They didn’t have any inside cabanas available, but we were able to find chairs and designate a meeting place to keep up with one another. We rented a locker to hold our extra belongings. They had life jackets available for free that the little ones needed. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of space in the standard Wolf Den Suite. Checkin was quick and easy, and they welcomed us with wolf ear headbands that my youngest grandkids enjoyed. They had water activities that were of interest for all my grandchildren, ages 4, 5, 11, 13. We had 7 family members from age 4 to 73, and we all had a great time.
